Make Your NORRA Plans for 2022 Today!
Early Registration for the Mexican 1000 Opens Wednesday, November 10th at Noon PDT! Payment Plans Available.
AGUA DULCE, CALIF. – It’s still 2021, but that doesn’t mean it’s too early to make your plans for the Yokohama NORRA Mexican 1000, and NORRA 500 next year; especially if you would like to participate in a payment plan for your entry fees. The sooner you register, the more options you will have when it comes to your payment schedule. You can pay in up to 5 installments for the Mexican 1000 if you sign up when early registration opens on Wednesday November 10th at noon Pacific Daylight Time. NORRA also has a “first in, first out” policy that rewards early entries with starting positions up front, in the order they registered, for the first stage of the rally. Practically speaking, this means the racing begins on November 10th of 2021.
Another important thing to remember is that all of those racers who rolled their entries over from 2019, 2020, and 2021, due to covid, will have to use those entries next season so get those cars, trucks, UTV’s, and motorcycles ready for a great 2022 season. The dates will be as follows:

ABOUT NORRA
Beginning in 2010, the National Off Road Racing Association (NORRA) began promoting a rebirth of the NORRA Mexican 1000 rally. The unique off-road rally was co-created by promoter Mike Pearlman to consist of special stages (unlimited speed timed stages in the dirt) linked together by controlled speed liaison / transit sections (highway). The one-of-a-kind, once-a-year, five-day rally includes vintage off-road vehicles and motorcycles, as well as modern pre-runners, trucks, buggies, UTVs, bikes and desert Rally Raid cars.
Pearlman’s late father Ed and others established the first running of the NORRA Mexican 1000 off-road rally in November of 1967, which eventually became internationally recognized and evolved into the Baja 1000 in the mid-1970's.
